AMA Group’s vision is Enduring Mobility. We play an important role in helping keep people and businesses moving by safely repairing vehicles and extending their useful life.

We believe repairing vehicles is an inherently sustainable activity. By returning damaged vehicles to the road, we help maximise the value of the materials, energy and resources already invested in their manufacture, and can reduce the environmental impact associated with premature vehicle replacement.

Through our ACM Parts business, we further support resource efficiency by recovering components and materials from end-of-life vehicles for reuse and recycling.

We also invest in the skills and capabilities of our workforce and work with industry partners to support the ongoing development of the vehicle repair industry.

Our sustainability reporting provides information on our climate-related financial disclosures and our broader approach to environmental, social and governance matters.

For 2026, our reporting comprises two complementary disclosures:

• Our 2026 Sustainability Report, contained within the 2026 Annual Report, includes our mandatory climate-related financial disclosures under AASB S2 Climate-related Disclosures, including information on climate governance, strategy, risks and opportunities, risk management and greenhouse gas emissions. 2026 is AMA Group’s first year of mandatory climate-related financial reporting under AASB S2.

• Our standalone 2026 Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) Report provides broader information on the policies, practices and initiatives that support sustainable development across AMA Group. It covers the environmental, social and governance matters identified as most relevant to our business, operating environment and long-term value creation.

For 2025 and earlier years, AMA Group’s ESG reporting was included within our Annual Reports.
