The awards are judged by the prior year’s winners, including AMA Group’s Sheridan Gibson (Tasmania) and Isabella Turrise (New South Wales). The Women in Collision awards recognise the outstanding contribution that women make to the collision repair industry.
The two winners of each category will be announced and presented with trophies at the Women in Collision Awards on 17 February 2023, then profiled in Paint & Panel magazine.

AMA Group Chief People Officer, Janelle Leonard said, “At AMA Group we pride ourselves on creating a positive environment to attract and engage women in an industry that is traditionally male dominated. We know that there is a shortage of labour in the industry and believe women are such a valuable untapped resource. At AMA Group we actively support the Women in Collison Awards and wish the finalists luck in the Awards, but to us they are already winners.”
