Caroline is a Non-Executive Director and cross border advisor with over 30 years’ experience gained from regulated consumer sectors such as technology, retail, and health.
She currently serves on the Boards of Resimac Group Ltd (ASX: RMC) and Southern Cross Care (NSW and ACT). Caroline holds an LLB Hons (London) and is admitted to the Bars of England and Wales, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia
Kyle is a seasoned Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board Member with over 2 decades of Board experience in a broad range of industry sectors including, financial services, the automotive, mobility and transport sectors, infrastructure, emergency services and technology.
Kyle brings deep experience in developing and implementation transformational growth strategies that will complement AMA’s growth ambitions. Most notably he was recently Chairman of the NRMA where he led a significant and successful operational and cultural transformation of the business.
Kyle is the Chair of the People Committee.
Talbot founded and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bryson Holdings, a Canadian based firm which has assembled portfolio of investments in public and private companies. He is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic vision, pursuing new investment opportunities, and maximizing the value of its existing portfolio.
During a nearly two-decade career as a successful entrepreneur and investment manager, Talbot has demonstrated expertise investing globally across asset classes and industries. His capital markets experience includes developing and implementing transformational strategies that optimize operational and financial performance and create value for all stakeholders.
He is a CFA Charterholder and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at The Lung Health Foundation.
Kim is an experienced ASX independent Non-Executive Director and is currently an independent Non-Executive Director and ARC Chair for Dicker Data (ASX: DDR) and WTFN Entertainment & Media. She is also the Founder and Managing Director of Stewart & Smith Advisory, a business advisory, corporate services, and chartered accounting firm. Prior to this, Kim has had significant experience in both senior commercial financial roles and professional services.
Kim holds a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Bachelor of Business with majors in Accounting & Finance, a Master of Applied Finance (M&A), is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Public Practice Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Brian is an experienced ASX Board Director and serves as the Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of PSC Insurance Group (ASX: PSI). He has over 40 years of insurance industry experience, having held senior executive positions in both publicly listed and private companies. Brian has deep experience in strategy setting and acquisitions, and through his executive positions has developed a global network of relationships across the insurance industry.
Brian previously served the on the AMA Group Board of Directors from December 2015 to February 2020. His deep knowledge of the Group and the collision repair industry, as well as his connections to experienced members of the collision repair industry will support both decision-making and ensuring an appropriate level of industry knowledge is on, or provided to, the Board.
Ray’s experience in the Australian automotive industry spans 37 years and includes previous involvement with AMA Group in leadership roles running both the Accessories and Panel businesses as well as Executive Director.
Ray also has significant advocacy and policy influence within the sector, and is currently the Managing Director of Creative Conversions, a second stage vehicle manufacturer.
David brings a best-in-class experience gained from a 30 year career in front line to C-suite roles at Caliber, one of the world’s most successful collision repair businesses. During this time, David has been instrumental in optimising business processes, driving growth and elevating the customer experience through strategic planning, innovative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
David’s executive roles have included leadership of people, operations and new business at Caliber.
