Andrew founded the Gemini Group in Perth in 2009 and built the Gemini brand into one of the largest privately owned consolidators offering integrated claims management and repair services to the insurer, corporate and consumer markets. Andrew brings extensive management expertise to the AMA group. With over 35 years of experience in finance, acquisitions, strategy and building insurance relationships, Andrew’s ability to continually innovate will broaden AMA’s relationships with insurance companies both domestically and internationally.
Anthony was responsible for one of Australia's largest insurance businesses with P&L and balance sheet responsibility for both General and Life Insurance operations in Australia. With over 35 years in the insurance industry Anthony has a broad experience in all areas of the insurance industry. He has a 20-year track record of producing market-leading results in both growth and profitability, whilst delivering continuous improvement in operations.
Anthony is now focused on NED roles in growing organisations and the advisory business he founded, Elevate CEOs, elevating great leaders to become extraordinary leaders through developing strategy and leadership.
Anthony has taken on the role of Chairman of the Company effective September 1st, 2019.
With over 30 years industry experience, Brian has held senior executive positions in the insurance industry. Over that time Brian has been instrumental in setting the strategy of capital raising and acquisitions. Brian has held the Chairman position at PSC Insurance Group Ltd enabling him to develop a global network of key relationships.
Leath was a Corporate Partner at a leading Melbourne law firm, gaining experience with a breadth of ASX listed entities, before co-founding Foster Nicholson Jones in 2008. Leath's principal clients continue to be ASX listed companies and high net worth individuals. Leath has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions; IT based transactions, and corporate governance.
He also has significant experience in corporate and commercial based dispute resolution.
Prior to founding Colinton Capital Partners in 2017, Simon was a Managing Director and Global Partner of the “The Carlyle Group” for 12 years.
Prior to The Carlyle Group, Simon was a Managing Director and Investment Committee Member of Investcorp International, Inc. based in New York. Prior to that, Simon worked in private equity investments and investment banking at J.P. Morgan & Co. in New York, Hong Kong and Melbourne.
Simon is currently also a non-executive Director of Megaport, a non-executive Director of Firstwave Cloud Technology Limited, Chairman of TPI Enterprises, a non-executive Director of venture capital Firm, One Ventures.
Simon received honours degrees in law and commerce from the University of Queensland.
Nicole is an experienced executive and management consultant having spent most of her career in professional services roles in both established and start-up businesses with a particular focus on the Human Resources sector. Before leading Jobs for NSW, she held senior executive roles in startup businesses that grew to global powerhouses, was a trusted management consultant and developed a deep expertise in growing technology businesses.
Fiona has over 25 years’ company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate compliance experience, most notably as Company Secretary of the Mantra Group (ASX 200) for over 11 years where she was integral to the listing of Mantra Group on the ASX in 2014 and the sale of the business to AccorHotels in 2018.
Fiona worked for KPMG in South Africa, where she headed the Company Secretarial Department within the Private Business Services Division. Fiona has also worked in a variety of consultancy roles where she provided advice to both private and public listed companies. Fiona is a Member of Governance Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
