Campbell Jones is an experienced and successful CEO with over 25 years in the automotive and logistics industries. He is a passionate, values-based leader who creates a winning culture.
Campbell has held senior executive leadership roles with Manheim, Cox Automotive and most recently ACM Parts, a wholly owned subsidiary of Suncorp and now part of the ASX-listed AMA Group.
He has led major strategic development and organisational transformation programs and brings significant expertise in business development, finance, operations, supply chain and warehouse and distribution.
Campbell has an acute commercial focus, prioritising growth the customer-base, delivering new products, and simplifying and innovating within the businesses he leads.
Evan has more than twenty-five years management experience in sales, marketing, and motivational team building roles across a variety of industries. Twelve of those years have been with the automotive industry in senior management roles including Sales, Marketing and CEO positions.
Evan has a strong track record of leadership and achieving successful outcomes with teams and individuals alike through effective leadership, team support and motivation.
Evan’s role as Executive General Manager is responsible for the Distribution, Remanufacturing, Workshop and Performance divisions. Working alongside the respective division GMs and their teams, Evan is facilitating future growth through effective business integration, enhancing efficient operations across the board.
Trevor has extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. Trevor spent 6 years working as ECB’s Operations Manager followed by 4 years as ECB’s General Manager. Trevor has stepped into the role of Executive General Manager to join the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the Manufacturing division, working alongside and supporting each of the business General Managers and their teams.
Trevor has a deep passion for the 4WD industry and is enthusiastically involved in future developments across the businesses to deliver Australian Made products in highly competitive markets.
As a founding partner in NZ based Fully Equipped Kayne has been the Managing Director for nearly 30 years. Kayne maintains a holistic approach to the business with in-depth global knowledge of markets, competitors, products and changing business environments. He has developed strong relationships with key suppliers as well as customers. He is well connected and recognised within the motoring industry, and the associated community, having been an eight times NZ motor racing champion.
Jason has extensive finance and commercial experience in the automotive industry having spent the last 25 years with General Motors Holden working in China, Japan, New Zealand and Australia. Jason’s last role with Holden Australia and New Zealand was Chief Financial Officer.
Noel is recognised as a trusted and highly effective facilitator, executive coach, leadership and organisational development practitioner. Noel’s experience includes senior executive roles in the Government, Not for Profit and Commercial sectors and he has successfully provided leadership, human resource and organisational development solutions across various industries including health, manufacturing, auto, defence, police, financial, housing and industry associations.
Richard is an Executive leader with a range of experience across highly complex, growth and change-focused environments, with a strong bias towards commercial finance leadership, strategic planning & transformation projects. Richard has diverse industry exposure in major ASX listed companies including Aurizon, Transurban and Qantas, navigating large customer-based services and capital-intensive infrastructure, logistics and transport operations.
Mark commenced his accounting career in 1996 and has spent the majority of his time operating in manufacturing environments. He joined AMA Group Limited as the Management Accountant of East Coast Bullbars (ECB) where he spent 8 years developing, strengthening, implementing and improving the financial controls and internal reporting systems and drove process improvements during a time when ECB experienced significant organic and acquisition growth. Mark was instrumental in establishing the group standard systems, controls and processes in Custom Alloy after acquisition in 2013 and subsequent consolidation with ECB in 2016.
Mark has stepped into the role of Executive Commercial and Finance Manager in November 2019 to join the Executive Leadership Team. He will work very closely with the Commercial and Finance Managers across the business units to guide their development and implement standard reporting, tools, systems and processes.
